ETHOS OF COURSE
Bringing osteopaths a wealth of integrated knowledge and experience in paediatric osteopathy.
Recognise clinical presentations of concern/red flags and learn how to manage them.
Practice the therapeutic handling of babies and children.

The awarding body is The London Clinic for Paediatric Osteopathy.
Entry requirement - UK Applicants must be registered as practising Osteopaths with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
EU and overseas applicants must, where applicable, be registered as practising osteopaths with the relevant regulatory authority or association and must, irrespective of the former, hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
All applicants are required to provide Enhanced Disclosure with lists from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Further details are on the application or click here.
All applicants will be asked to attend an entry preliminary week end course in order to be introduced to key osteopathic concepts for the course
Assessment and feedback includes both formative and summative:
1 practice audit
2 written case reports
1 final clinical case critical analysis
COURSE STRUCTURE & CONTENT
Includes both regular theory and clinical practice sessions.
Weekly clinical practice.
DURATION & MODE OF STUDY
A mandatory preliminary weekend course will take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January 2020. This will provide applicants with a pre-course study package, including cranial and functional concepts applied to paediatric osteopathy.
The start date for the course will be 21st January 2020.
The duration of the course will be 11 months (until November 2020 included).
The course is run part time, one day per week, every Tuesday at the Rosebery Practice in London (see address at the bottom of the page).
The tuition fee for the course is £2,100.
Concessions will be made for the following: 10% off if tuition fees are paid in full and 10% off for new Osteopathy graduates (2019).
Flexible payment options are available on monthly standing order payments of £175/ month (over 12 months) or £157.50/month for new graduates (over 12 months).
Students should be aware that there may be additional costs to consider such as equipment, textbooks, etc.
